Free shipping to Continental US and Canada. Special rates available for all other destinations world wide.

Most regular sized items hand packaged in cardboard boxes with the utmost care and with many years of experience doing so.  All large items receive a custom wood crate to ensure undamaged delivery and shifting does not damage heavy, delicate and expensive items.

Most of our delivery will be through UPS. if ANY damage occurs before delivery, please take care with photographic documentation of the package before and during opening. We can start and close matters faster with proper documentation and communication.  To start a return, you can contact us at steve@lakeeffectsdriftwood.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
